ALS Social: Child Safety Standards & CSAM Prevention Policy
1. General Commitment ALS Social (the "Platform") maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment and complying with all global child safety standards, including the US PROTECT Act and Google Play Child Safety Standards.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior The Platform expressly prohibits the creation, storage, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

Content displaying children in a sexual context.

"Grooming" behaviors or attempts to establish harmful contact with children.

Trafficking or any form of physical or psychological violence against minors.
3. In-App Reporting Mechanism ALS Social provides a functional in-app reporting mechanism. Users can report any suspicious content, profiles, or interactions directly within the application interface. All child safety reports are prioritized for immediate review by our moderation team.
4. Action and Reporting (CSAM) Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, ALS Social will:

Immediately remove and block the illegal material.

Permanently terminate the accounts of involved users.

Report all confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline and cooperate fully with global law enforcement agencies.
