J-Tower 3 Update 2026 | 333m, 77 Floors | Phnom Penh’s Future Tallest Tower. J-Tower 3 is one of Phnom Penh’s most ambitious skyscraper projects, designed to reach 333 meters with 77 floors, making it the future tallest building in Cambodia. Located in Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh, and developed by Japan’s Tanichu Group, construction officially began on December 27, 2023. As of July 25, 2026, major construction milestones have been achieved, including the completion of mass piling, raft foundation, B1SL, and 1SL. Construction of the 2SL floor has reached approximately 60%, while steel composite installation from 5SL to 7SL and slab formwork and rebar works are progressing. The project is currently scheduled to continue advancing through the upper structural floors, with anticipated completion at the end of 2028.
