In this video, we take a closer look at the current situation at KBX Universal Financial Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The construction site appears noticeably quieter than before, with fewer workers and less visible activity compared with previous observations. This has raised questions about whether construction may be temporarily paused or whether the project has simply entered another stage of development.

The project is reported to be planned at approximately 264.6 meters tall with 63 floors, making it one of the notable high-rise developments contributing to Phnom Penh’s evolving skyline.
